Some Information about our Company

John Hannah Corporation is a privately-held company whose principals have a background in employee benefit plan work dating to 1978. Since 1990, the company has been actively and exclusively engaged in benefit plan design, administration, and consulting.

We are a small team of skilled, experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds and training.

Our clients are quite varied, including professional practices, manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, and service providers.

We have worked with virtually every category of employee benefit arrangement, qualified and nonqualified, funded and unfunded.

It has been our privilege to work closely with our clients' accountants, attorneys, investment counsel, brokers, and insurance advisors.

  • Our plans

We have worked with virtually every category of employee benefit arrangement, qualified and nonqualified, funded and unfunded. Even within these categories, our experience has been broad-based, including plans:

  • Funded by insurance products, individual securities, common trust funds, mutual funds, real estate, partnership interests, and combinations of these media.

  • With investments management and advice provided by investment counsel, brokers, insurance agents, trust departments, and knowledgeable individual trustees.

  • Our partners

It has been our privilege to work closely with our clients' accountants, attorneys, investment counsel, brokers, and insurance advisors. Because we sell no investment products, we are involved with an extensive array of legal, tax, accounting, and investment professionals. Each of these professions brings valuable skills to the benefits design and administration process. We attempt to provide these colleagues with tools that will aid them in serving their customers and clients, and to blend our expertise with theirs to the benefit of our mutual clients. In fact, it is most often through referrals by other professionals that John Hannah Corporation is engaged.
